 It's the Fourth of July and Mustang Valley has a whole week of events planned to celebrate. Murder is not one of them.

When Paige's ex-husband, Jason Price, shows up unannounced with his six-year-old daughter Marc wants nothing to do with the father who denied him five years ago. Only his love for his half-sister, Brooke has Marc spending time with his father. But, Jason has brought trouble with him, from being stalked, to being a target, and finally being accused of murder.

For Brooke's sake can Marc find proof that his estranged father is innocent?
