As far as I know every writer experiences writer's block at least once. I can tell you it's very frustrating.

For the last week I have been staring at my laptop screen. I'm a quarter of the way through chapter 6 and stuck. Oh, I know what is going to happen. The problem is who does it and how it is done is eluding me.

I have found that outlining each chapter doesn't work for me, the characters seem to take the story in their own direction than where I wanted it to go. So now, I guess I'm stuck...

It was a beautiful late April day in Mustang Valley, Montana. Well, if you liked mud, slush and crusty snow it was beautiful, there were a few patches of green grass where the snow had melted away.
