As far as I know every writer experiences writer's block at least once. I can tell you it's very frustrating.

For the last week I have been staring at my laptop screen. I'm a quarter of the way through chapter 6 and stuck. Oh, I know what is going to happen. The problem is who does it and how it is done is eluding me.

I have found that outlining each chapter doesn't work for me, the characters seem to take the story in their own direction than where I wanted it to go. So now, I guess I'm stuck...

It was a beautiful late April day in Mustang Valley, Montana. Well, if you liked mud, slush and crusty snow it was beautiful, there were a few patches of green grass where the snow had melted away. Some people were grumbling, ready for the snow to be gone and the warmth of spring. We were nestled at the foot of the mountains and could look forward to a few more weeks of this.
